And you have created & verified your free Google My Business account yes? – CHECK!
Google My Business is hands down the most powerful way to drive traffic to your site.
And it’s FREE!
But… unless you want to pay for ads, it’s not easy to get your business noticed on page one of the natural listings without a bit of work!
To achieve this quickly, you need to ADD VALUE to your listing, so that the Google bots pay attention.
And there’s no better way to add value and increase your online reputation than hearing it direct from the source.

This is the future guys.
The old ways still work, but sending a quick text works even better!
Research shows that SMS open rates are as high as 98%, compared to email open rates at just 20%.
Moreover, it takes on average 90 seconds for someone to respond to a text, but 90 minutes to respond to an email.
All of a sudden it’s pretty obvious. Like DUH! Set up is easy too.
Here’s How
Firstly, download & install the Google My Business app onto your smartphone.
Then log into your account.
Next, access your GMB account, and click the ‘Customers’ button at the bottom of the screen.
Then click on the 3 connected dots icon in the top right corner, and you’ll be prompted to create a shortname.
This is a good idea, otherwise your link will look like gobbledygook.
Click continue when done, and you’re set up!
Secondly, once you have finished engaging with your customer, you MUST ask permission to send them a text.
All good? Click the ‘Share Profile’ button, then select the SMS option. Enter the customer’s phone number and send!
That’s it!
The customer then gets a text with your link, which takes them directly to the review space to give you your 5 stars and quick review there & then on their phone!
I mean… isn’t that just a beautifully easy process?!
